Privacy policy

What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical data any web request carries (IP address, browser, time, page) to deliver and protect the site, and keeps it for a limited time under its own policy. We do not sell or share personal information.

If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer it and as a record of the exchange. Messages are stored with Cloudflare (R2 and D1) and deleted after three years, or sooner if you ask.

If this changes

If we add advertising or analytics, we will update this policy first, honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as an opt-out of sale and sharing, and offer the choices your state's law requires.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of sale or sharing, by writing to hello@h1bledger.com. We answer within 30 days.

People in the source data

The public filings we use name employer contacts, attorneys and preparers, and some list home addresses. We do not load or publish any of that. See corrections and removals.
